My cheap butt even paid the $12 or whatever it was to go see it in the theaters when it came out last summer. While these types of movies are never about the plot, Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) aligns the Avengers together to help save the world from Loki (Thor's brother) and his army.
As usual, Ironman is pretty smug and witty, Thor is hard-headed but wants what's best, Captain America is an old-fashioned dork and the Hulk makes the actions scenes what they are. And I guess you have the Black Widow and Hawkeye, but they don't catch your attention as much.
I'm surprised this came to Netflix so quickly and it's one of the better superhero movies out there.
